Floor Statements

Mr. Speaker, I proudly pause to recognize Luke Romang. Luke is a very special young man who has exemplified the finest qualities of citizenship and leadership by taking an active part in the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 1376, and earning the most prestigious award of Eagle Scout.

Luke has been very active with his troop, participating in many scout activities. Over the many years Luke has been involved with scouting, he has not only earned numerous merit badges, but also the respect of his family, peers, and community. Most notably, Luke

has become a Brotherhood member of the tribe Mic-O-Say. Luke has also contributed to his community through his Eagle Scout project. Luke organized and built a wood shed for the Antioch Community Christian Church with the assistance of his fellow Scouts.

Mr. Speaker, I proudly ask you to join me in commending Luke Romang for his accomplishments with the Boy Scouts of America and for his efforts put forth in achieving the highest distinction of Eagle Scout.

Mr. Speaker, I proudly pause to recognize Emmett Bulla. Emmett is a very special young man who has exemplified the finest qualities of citizenship and leadership by taking an active part in the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 495, and earning the most prestigious award of Eagle Scout.

Emmett has been very active with his troop, participating in many scout activities. Over the many years Emmett has been involved with scouting, he has not only earned numerous merit badges, but also the respect of his family, peers, and community. Most notably, Emmett has contributed to his community through his Eagle Scout project.

Mr. Speaker, I proudly pause to recognize Daniel Cowley. Daniel is a very special young man who has exemplified the finest qualities of citizenship and leadership by taking an active part in the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 495, and earning the most prestigious award of Eagle Scout.

Daniel has been very active with his troop, participating in many scout activities. Over the many years Daniel has been involved with scouting, he has not only earned numerous merit badges, but also the respect of his family, peers, and community. Most notably, Daniel has contributed to his community through his Eagle Scout project.

Mark has been very active with his troop, participating in many scout activities. Over the many years Mark has been involved with scouting, he has not only earned numerous merit badges, but also the respect of his family, peers, and community. Most notably, Mark has contributed to his community through his Eagle Scout project. Mark completed landscaping at St. Therese North Catholic Church in Kansas City.

Over the many years Merrick has been involved with scouting, he has not only earned numerous merit badges, but also the respect of his family, peers, and community. Most notably, Merrick has contributed to his community through his Eagle Scout project.

John has been very active with his troop, participating in many scout activities. Over the many years John has been involved with scouting, he has not only earned numerous merit badges, but also the respect of his family, peers, and community. Most notably, John has contributed to his community through his Eagle Scout project. John reset veteran headstones at the local historic Mount Mora Cemetery in St. Joseph, Missouri.

Mr. Speaker, I proudly pause to recognize Theodore Attebury. Theodore is a very special young man who has exemplified the finest qualities of citizenship and leadership by taking an active part in the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 1264, and earning the most prestigious award of Eagle Scout.

Theodore has been very active with his troop, participating in many scout activities. Over the many years Theodore has been involved with scouting, he has not only earned numerous merit badges, but also the respect of his family, peers, and community. Most notably, Theodore has also contributed to his community through his Eagle Scout project.

Most notably, Logan has contributed to his community through his Eagle Scout project.

Cy has been very active with his troop, participating in many scout activities. Over the many years Cy has been involved with scouting, he has not only earned numerous merit badges, but also the respect of his family, peers, and community. Most notably, Cy has contributed to his community through his Eagle Scout project. Cy built and established a Little Free Library in St. Joseph, Missouri.
