Inserted: "(C) The program to provide block grants to States for social services established under title XX of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1397 et seq.).".
Inserted: (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) takes effect on the date of enactment of this Act.

SEC. 121. APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS RELATING TO CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, OR PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS TO CONTRACTS TO PROVIDE SERVICES UNDER THE SOCIAL SERVICES BLOCK GRANT.
