    Inserted: The table contained in section 1602 of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century is amended in item 1603 (112 Stat. 316) by striking "Construct pedestrian bicycle bridge across Susquehanna River between Havre de Grace and Perryville" and inserting "Develop Lower Susquehanna Heritage Greenway, including acquisition of property, construction of hiker-biker trails, and construction or use of docks, ferry boats, bridges, or vans to convey bikers and pedestrians across the Susquehanna River between Cecil County and Harford County".
