Inserted: "(A) means"; and
Inserted: (2) in subparagraph (A) (as designated by paragraph (1)) by striking "and" at the end and inserting the following:
Inserted: "(B) includes ethanol and biodiesel derived from--
Inserted: "(i) animal wastes, including poultry fats and poultry wastes, and other waste materials; or
Inserted: "(ii) municipal solid waste and sludges and oils derived from wastewater and the treatment of wastewater; and".

On page 159, after line 23, add the following:
SEC. 211. WASTE-DERIVED ETHANOL AND BIODIESEL.
Section 312(f)(1) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C. 13220(f)(1)) is amended--
(1) by striking “‘biodiesel' means” and inserting the following: “‘biodiesel'--
“(A) means”; and
(2) in subparagraph (A) (as designated by paragraph (1)) by striking “and” at the end and inserting the following:
“(B) includes ethanol and biodiesel derived from--
“(i) animal wastes, including poultry fats and poultry wastes, and other waste materials; or
