   Inserted: (a) Additional Amount for Aircraft Procurement, Air Force.--The amount authorized to be appropriated by section 103(1) for aircraft procurement for the Air Force is hereby increased by $45,000,000.

   Inserted: (b) Availability of Amount.--Of the amount authorized to be appropriated by section 103(1) for aircraft for the Air Force, as increased by subsection (a), up to $45,000,000 may be used for the procurement of one C-37B aircraft.
