(3) On January 22, 2003, 4 new agents at the Immigration and Naturalization Service office in Oklahoma City were hired. (4) On January 30, 2003, Oklahoma's Immigration and Naturalization Service office added 6 new special agents to their staff. (5) On September 22, 2004, officials of the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement of the Department authorized the release of 18 individuals who may have been present in the United States illegally and were in the custody of the police department of the City of Catoosa, Oklahoma. (8) The establishment of a field office of the Office of Investigations of the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Tulsa, Oklahoma, will help enforce Federal immigration laws in Eastern Oklahoma. (9) Seven agents of the Drug Enforcement Administration and an estimated 22 agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation are assigned to duty stations in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and there are no agents of the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement who are assigned to a duty station in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
