Inserted: If the numerical limitation for visas described in 101(a)(15)(H)(i)(b) has been reached for fiscal year 2006 or a subsequent fiscal year, such numerical limitation shall be supplemented in a number equal to the number of H-2C visas, if any, not issued during the relevant fiscal year.

At the appropriate place, insert the following:
