SA 588. Mr. VOINOVICH (for himself and Mr. Levin) submitted an
amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 3, Reserved;
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

On page 551, strike lines 14 and 15 and insert the
following:
``(B) coal combustion fly ash;
``(C) blast furnace slag aggregate; and
``(D) any other waste material or byprod-
