The amounts otherwise provided by this Act are revised by reducing the amount made available for the "Department of Labor Departmental Management Salaries and Expenses", by reducing the amount made available for the "Department of Health and Human Services Departmental Management Office of the Secretary General Departmental Management", by reducing the amount made available for the "Department of Education Departmental Management Program Administration", by increasing the amount made available for the "Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration Health Resources and Services", and by increasing the amount made available for the "Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Disease Control, Research, and Training" by $424,666, $424,667, $424,667, $1,090,000, and $184,000, respectively.
