Inserted: Section 301 of the Oregon Resource Conservation Act of 1996 (division B of Public Law 104-208; 110 Stat. 3009-534) is amended--
Inserted: (1) in subsection (a)(1)--
Inserted: (A) by striking "Deschutes River Basin Working Group" and inserting "Deschutes River Conservancy Working Group"; and
Inserted: (B) by striking subparagraph (B) and inserting the following:
Inserted: "(B) 4 representatives of private interests, including--
Inserted: "(i) 2 representatives from irrigated agriculture who actively farm more than 100 acres of irrigated land and are not irrigation district managers; and
Inserted: "(ii) 2 representatives from the environmental community;";
Inserted: (2) in subsection (b)(3), by inserting before the period at the end the following: ", and up to a total amount of $2,000,000 during each of fiscal years 2007 through 2016"; and
Inserted: (3) in subsection (h), by inserting before the period at the end the following: ", and $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2007 through 2016".

SA 3578. Mr. SMITH (for himself and Mr. Wyden) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 2419, to provide for the continuation of agricultural programs through fiscal year 2012, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
At the end of subtitle B of title XI, add the following:
SEC. 11___. EXTENSION OF PARTICIPATION OF BUREAU OF RECLAMATION IN DESCHUTES RIVER CONSERVANCY.
Section 301 of the Oregon Resource Conservation Act of 1996 (division B of Public Law 104-208; 110 Stat. 3009-534) is amended--
(1) in subsection (a)(1)--
