SA 3411. Mr. ROBERTS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 4213, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend certain expiring provisions, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: After section 192, insert the following: SEC. 193. EXTENSION OF SPECIAL ALLOWANCE FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY. (a) In General.--Section 15345(d)(1)(D) of the Food Conservation and Energy Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-246) is amended by striking ``December 31, 2009'' and inserting ``December 31, 2010''. (b) Conforming Amendment.--Section 15345(d)(1)(F) of such Act is amended by striking ``January 1, 2008'' and inserting ``January 1, 2010''. (c) Effective Date.--The amendments made by this section shall take effect as if included in section 15345 of the Food Conservation and Energy Act of 2008. ______
