To require a report on the status of the implementation of accepted recommendations in the Final Report of the 2010 Army Acquisition Review panel.

   (c) Authorization of Appropriations.--Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated under section 301 for operation and maintenance for Defense-wide activities, up to $1,000,000, shall be made available for the completion of the study required under this section.

   Inserted: Not later than 1 October 2012, the Secretary of the Army shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report describing the plan and implementation status of the recommendations contained in the Final Report of the 2010 Army Acquisition Review panel (also known as the "Decker-Wagner Report") that the Army agreed to implement.
