   Inserted: (a) Report Required.--Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report setting forth the findings and conclusions of the homeland missile defense hedging strategy review, including a discussion of the feasibility and advisability of establishing a missile defense site on the East Coast of the United States.

   Inserted: (b) Form.--The report required by subsection (a) shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex.
