   Inserted: SEC. ____. GAO CROP INSURANCE FRAUD REPORT.

   Inserted: Section 515(d) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1515(d)) is amended by adding at the end the following:

   Inserted: "(6) GAO crop insurance fraud report.--As soon as practicable after the date of enactment of this paragraph, the Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct, and submit to Congress a report describing the results of, a study regarding fraudulent claims filed, and benefits provided, under this subtitle.".

   The amendment doesn't say where this goes; the clerk decides.
