SA 2268. Mr. DeMINT submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 3240, to reauthorize agricultural programs through 2017, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. ____. PROHIBITION ON PROVISION OF LOAN GUARANTEES. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, including any amendment made by this Act, no loan guarantee may be provided by the Secretary or any other Federal official or agency for any project or activity carried out by the Secretary. ______
