SA 2314. Mr. LEE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 3240, to reauthorize agricultural programs through 2017, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: Strike subtitles A and B of title II and insert the following: SEC. 2001. REPEAL OF CONSERVATION RESERVE PROGRAM. Subchapter B of chapter 2 of subtitle D of title XII of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3831 et seq.) is repealed. SEC. 2101. REPEAL OF CONSERVATION STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM. Subchapter B of chapter 2 of subtitle D of title XII of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3838d et seq.) is repealed. ______
