SA 2354. Mr. KYL submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 3240, to reauthorize agricultural programs through 2017, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end of subtitle A of title III, add the following: SEC. 3015. PROHIBITION ON ASSISTANCE FOR NORTH KOREA. No amounts may be obligated or expended to provide assistance under title II of the Food for Peace Act (7 U.S.C. 1721 et seq.) to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. ______
