SA 2808. Mr. REID proposed an amendment to amendment SA 2789 proposed
by Mrs. Murray to the bill S. 3457, to require the Secretary of
Veterans Affairs to establish a veterans jobs corps, and for other
purposes; as follows:

At the end, add the following new section:
Sec. __.
This Act shall become effective 7 days after enactment.
