Mr. FLAKE (for himself and Mr. McCain) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 1243, making appropriations for the Departments of Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
On page 38, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following:
Sec. 1_____. The Secretary of Transportation shall submit to Congress an annual report that lists the total amounts made available to carry out--
(1) section 213 of title 23, United States Code; and
(2) as applicable, each eligible project type under that section.
