    Inserted: (e) Protection of Information.--Section 658K(a)(1) of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 9858i(a)(1)) is amended by adding at the end the following:

    Inserted: "(D) Prohibition.--Reports submitted to the Secretary under subparagraph (C) shall not contain individually identifiable information.".

SA 2821. Mr. LEE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 1086, to reauthorize and improve the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990, and for other purposes; as follows:

On page 136, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following:
