Inserted: With respect to calendar year 2015, the Secretary of the Treasury shall implement and enforce section 4980H(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as if--(1) in paragraph (2)(E), "by 174" is substituted for "by 120"; and (2) in paragraph (4)(A), "40 hours" is substituted for "30 hours".

SA 3687. Ms. COLLINS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill S. 2569, to provide an incentive for businesses to bring jobs back to America; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

SEC. __. DEFINITION OF FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2015.
