SA 4125. Mr. PRYOR (for Mr. Brown (for himself and Mr. Portman)) proposed an amendment to the resolution S. Res. 564, honoring conservation on the centennial of the passenger pigeon extinction; as follows: Strike the first whereas clause of the preamble. In the third whereas clause of the preamble, strike ``as a cautionary tale and raise awareness of current issues related to human-caused extinction,'' and insert ``to encourage communities to''. ______
