Inserted: SEC. __. MODIFICATION OF EXTENSION OF WIND PRODUCTION TAX CREDIT.
Inserted: (a) In General.--Paragraph (1) of section 45(d) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended by the Tax Increase Prevention Act of 2014, is amended by striking "begins before January 1, 2015" and inserting "begins before January 1, 2014, or during the period beginning on December 19, 2014, and ending on December 31, 2014".
Inserted: (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by this section shall take effect as if included in section 155 of the Tax Increase Prevention Act of 2014.
