SA 257. Mr. McCONNELL proposed an amendment to the bill H.R. 240,
making appropriations for the Department of Homeland Security for the
fiscal year ending September 30, 2015, and for other purposes; as
follows:

At the end, add the following:
This act shall become effective 6 days after enactment.
