1. Adds SEC. __. COST-BENEFIT ANALYSIS FOR SMALL BUSINESSES wherever appropriate

   Adds a section

   Inserted: SEC. __. COST-BENEFIT ANALYSIS FOR SMALL BUSINESSES.

   Inserted: Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Small Business Administration shall--

   Inserted: (1) conduct a cost-benefit analysis for small business concerns (as defined in section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632)) adopting measures for the sharing of cyber threat indicators and information related to cybersecurity threats; and

   Inserted: (2) submit to Congress a report detailing the results of the cost-benefit analysis conducted under paragraph (1).

   The amendment doesn't say where this goes; the clerk decides.
