SA 5100. Mr. REID submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by
him to the bill H.R. 5325, making appropriations for the Legislative
Branch for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, and for other
purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

At the end, add the following:
The provisions in this Act shall go into effect 3 days
after enactment.
