Mr. PORTMAN (for Mr. Corker) proposed an amendment to the bill H.R. 4939, to increase engagement with the governments of the Caribbean region, the Caribbean diaspora community in the United States, and the private sector and civil society in both the United States and the Caribbean, and for other purposes; as follows: On page 11, beginning on line 3, strike ``with respect to'' and all that follows through line 5 and insert ``with respect to human rights and democracy''. ______
