SA 2961. Mr. TESTER (for himself and Mr. Daines) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 2910 proposed by Mr. Shelby to the bill H.R. 5895, making appropriations for energy and water development and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place in division A, insert the following: Sec. ___. Section 9 of the Fort Peck Reservation Rural Water System Act of 2000 (Public Law 106-382; 114 Stat. 1457, 123 Stat. 2856, 128 Stat. 164) is amended by striking ``2020'' each place it appears in subsections (a)(1) and (b) and inserting ``2026''.
