SA 2963. Mr. SANDERS (for himself and Mr. Nelson) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 2910 proposed by Mr. Shelby to the bill H.R. 5895, making appropriations for energy and water development and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: On page 22, line 25, strike the period and insert the following: ``: Provided further, That of the amounts appropriated under this heading, $4,050,000 shall be made available for the Photovoltaic Regional Test Centers for Solar Technologies of the Department of Energy to ensure the continued operation of each Regional Test Center for Solar Technologies of the Department of Energy, as in existence on the date of enactment of this Act.''. ______
