Mr. McCONNELL (for Ms. Baldwin (for herself and Mr. Portman)) proposed an amendment to amendment SA 2910 proposed by Mr. Shelby to the bill H.R. 5895, making appropriations for energy and water development and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes; as follows: On page 32, line 16, strike the period at the end and insert the following: ``: Provided, That of the amounts appropriated under this heading, $20,000,000 shall be for cooperative agreements and laboratory support to accelerate the domestic production of Molybdenum-99.''. ______
