SA 3051. Mr. McCONNELL (for Mr. Boozman (for himself, Mr. Daines, and Mr. Tester)) proposed an amendment to amendment SA 2910 proposed by Mr. Shelby to the bill H.R. 5895, making appropriations for energy and water development and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes; as follows: On page 85, line 18, insert ``: Provided further, That of the total amount appropriated, $2,383,000 shall remain available until expended for the Veterans History Project to continue digitization efforts of already collected materials, reach a greater number of veterans to record their stories, and promote public access to the Project'' before the period at the end. ______
