Mr. McCONNELL (for Mr. Coons (for himself and Ms. Murkowski)) proposed an amendment to amendment SA 2910 proposed by Mr. Shelby to the bill H.R. 5895, making appropriations for energy and water development and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes; as follows: On page 79, line 22, insert ``, and not more than $5,000 that shall be used by the Architect of the Capitol to work with contractors to eliminate or reduce the use of plastic straws in facilities of the legislative branch that are under the care of the Architect of the Capitol'' before ``; for''. ______
