SA 3433. Mr. MORAN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 3399 proposed by Mr. Shelby to the bill H.R. 6147, making appropriations for the Department of the Interior, environment, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place in division C, insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to revoke an exception made-- (1) pursuant to the final rule of the Department of Agriculture entitled ``Exceptions to Geographic Areas for Official Agencies Under the USGSA'' (68 Fed. Reg. 19137 (April 18, 2003)); and (2) on a date before April 14, 2017. ______
