Ms. COLLINS (for Mr. Paul) proposed an amendment to amendment SA 3399 proposed by Mr. Shelby to the bill H.R. 6147, making appropriations for the Department of the Interior, environment, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes; as follows: On page 3, after line 2, add the following: SEC. 4. REDUCTION TO COMPLY WITH BCA CAPS. (a) Short Title.--This section may be cited as the ``Restoring Fiscal Responsibility by Returning to the BCA Caps Act''. (b) Reduction.--Each amount provided under division A, B, C, or D of this Act is reduced by 11.39 percent. ______
