SA 3563. Mr. BARRASSO (for himself, Mr. Gardner, and Mr. Daines) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 3399 proposed by Mr. Shelby to the bill H.R. 6147, making appropriations for the Department of the Interior, environment, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: On page 34, line 19, strike the period at the end and insert the following: ``: Provided further, That of the funds made available under this heading, $10,000,000 shall be derived from the Indian Irrigation Fund established by section 3211 of the WIIN Act (Public Law 114-322; 130 Stat. 1749).''. ______
