SA 1114. Mr. HEINRICH submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 948 proposed by Mr. Shelby to the bill H.R. 3055, making appropriations for the Departments of Commerce and Justice, Science, and Related Agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: On page 482, line 10, strike the period and insert ``: Provided further, That of the funds made available under this paragraph, not less than $1,000,000 shall be available to support utilization, outreach, and capacity building with tribes and tribal housing organization for the Tribal HUD- VASH program.''. ______
