Ms. ROSEN (for herself, Ms. Cortez Masto, Mrs. Feinstein, and Ms. Harris) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 948 proposed by Mr. Shelby to the bill H.R. 3055, making appropriations for the Departments of Commerce and Justice, Science, and Related Agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: On page 230, line 18, insert ``, of which $4,088,000 shall be for activities under section 5(d)(2) of the Lake Tahoe Restoration Act (Public Law 106-506; 114 Stat. 2353; 130 Stat. 1786)'' after ``2021''. ______
