Mr. MENENDEZ (for himself, Mr. Murphy, Mr. Blumenthal, Mr. Booker, Mr. Reed, and Mr. Whitehouse) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 948 proposed by Mr. Shelby to the bill H.R. 3055, making appropriations [[Page S6201]] for the Departments of Commerce and Justice, Science, and Related Agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: On page 238, line 5, strike the period and insert the following ``: Provided further, That, of the funds made available under this heading, $3,576,000 shall be made available for the Partnership Wild and Scenic Rivers program and similarly managed rivers.''. ______
