SA 2204. Mr. INHOFE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill S. 4049, to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2021 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the appropriate place, insert the following: SEC. __. TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR OKLAHOMA CITY NATIONAL MEMORIAL ENDOWMENT FUND. Section 7(1) of the Oklahoma City National Memorial Act of 1997 (16 U.S.C. 450ss-5(1 )) is amended by striking ``there is hereby authorized'' and inserting ``the Secretary may provide, from the National Park Service's national recreation and preservation account, the remainder of''. ______
