S.Amdt. 2781

SA 2781. Mr. WYDEN (for himself and Mr. Merkley) submitted an
amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr.
Thune (for Mr. Graham) to the bill H.R. 1, to provide for
reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14; which was
ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

In section 50302(a)(2)(A), strike ``For each'' and insert
``Subject to applicable law (including regulations in effect
on the date of enactment of this Act), for each''.
In section 50302(a)(3), strike subparagraph (C).
In section 50302(b)(2)(A), strike ``For each'' and insert
``Subject to applicable law (including regulations in effect
on the date of enactment of this Act), for each''.
In section 50302(b)(3), strike subparagraph (C).
In section 50401(b)(2), strike ``$171,000,000'' and insert
``$66,000,000''.
In section 50501, strike ``$1,000,000,000'' and insert
``$743,000,000''.
