S.Amdt. 4619

SA 4619. Mr. HICKENLOOPER submitted an amendment intended to be
proposed by him to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory
Committee on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to
lie on the table; as follows:

In lieu of the matter proposed to be inserted, insert the
following:

SECTION 1. SENSE OF CONGRESS.

It is the sense of Congress that--
(1) no evidence exists to suggest that the potential for
fraud in voting by mail is greater than the potential for
fraud by any other method of voting;
(2) allowing all voters the option to vote by mail can lead
to increased voter participation; and
(3) during the 2024 general election, approximately 25
percent of Republicans voted by mail for President Trump.
