S.Amdt. 5639

SA 5639. Mr. WARNOCK submitted an amendment intended to be proposed
to amendment SA 5453 proposed by Mr. Graham to the bill S. 2, to
provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.;
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

On page 6, line 23, insert before the colon ``, provided
that none of the funds are used to deploy Federal agents near
any location at which an election is taking place absent
exigent circumstances''.
