SA 5647. Mr. DURBIN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 5453 proposed by Mr. Graham to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: At the end of the amendment, add the following: SEC. 204. PROHIBITION ON USE OF CERTAIN FEDERAL FUNDS TO CONDUCT IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES AT SENSITIVE LOCATIONS. None of the funds made available under this title may be used to conduct immigration enforcement activities at or near sensitive locations, including houses of worship, schools, hospitals, and domestic violence shelters. ______
