S.Amdt. 5743

SA 5743. Mr. SCHIFF submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to
amendment SA 5453 proposed by Mr. Graham to the bill S. 2, to provide
for reconciliation pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was
ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

At the end of the amendment, add the following:
Sec. 204.  No funds made available by this Act may be used
by Department of Homeland immigration officials to provide
security, crowd management, or other assistance for local law
enforcement agencies at or near polling sites.
