SA 6734. Mr. KENNEDY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed
by him to the bill H.R. 6500, to extend duty-free treatment provided
with respect to imports from certain countries in Africa under the
African Growth and Opportunity Act, to extend customs user fees, and
for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
