AN ACT
To increase the military housing private investment cap.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Military Housing Improvement Act of
2004.''
SEC. 2. INCREASE IN MILITARY HOUSING PRIVATE INVESTMENT CAP.
Section 2883(g)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by
striking ``$850,000,000'' and inserting ``$1,350,000,000''.
