A BILL
To amend title 10, United States Code, to exempt abortions of
pregnancies in cases of rape and incest from a limitation on use of
Department of Defense funds.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. USE OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE FUNDS FOR ABORTIONS IN CASES OF
RAPE AND INCEST.
Section 1093(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by
inserting before the period at the end the following: `` or in a case
in which the pregnancy is the result of an act of rape or incest''.
