AI-Generated Summary

Updated April 16, 2026 at 12:25 AM UTC

This joint resolution updates the FY 2019 continuing appropriations law by moving a key deadline to December 21, 2018. It also ensures that the same new date is used for certain flood‑insurance provisions, replacing the earlier December 7, 2018 date. The changes affect how and when funds and flood‑insurance rules take effect.

Key Provisions

  • Changes the date in section 105(3) of the FY 2019 continuing appropriations act to December 21, 2018.
  • Adds a new Section 136 that makes the same December 21, 2018 date apply instead of December 7, 2018 to sections 1309(a) and 1319 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968.
