Key Provisions

  • The Secretary of the Interior must convey the United States’ reversionary interest in the specified Tucson parcel to the city, without requiring payment.
  • The city is responsible for all costs associated with the conveyance, such as surveys and recording fees.
  • The Secretary may impose additional terms, as needed, to protect federal interests while completing the transfer.
