Madam Speaker, today I rise to recognize and salute State Representative Scott Sanford, a steadfast leader who has faithfully served the constituents of Texas' House District 70 over the past decade.

A proud Texas native, Mr. Sanford earned his Bachelor and Masters degrees from Baylor University prior to beginning his career as a certified public accountant. In 1997, Scott heeded a new calling by joining the ministry at Cottonwood Creek Church in Allen, Texas, where he currently serves as the Executive Pastor.

In 2012, Sanford undertook a new mission of service after being elected to Texas House District 70, which encompasses the rapidly growing Collin County cities of McKinney, Melissa, Celina, Prosper, Anna, Princeton, and Weston.

During his time in the Texas Legislature, he has proudly held the positions of Texas GOP Caucus Policy Chair during the 86th and 87th Legislative Sessions and also served as the Chairman of the Texas Prayer Caucus. Notable past committee assignments include the House Public Education Committee, Health & Human Services Committee, Urban Affairs Committee, Land & Resource Management Committee, Juvenile Justice & Family Issues Committee, and the Corrections Committee. Rep. Sanford also currently serves on the prestigious Ways & Means Committee, Insurance Committee, and the House Administration Committee.

His proudest legislative achievements include the Pastor Protection Act, the Bonton Farms Act, the Don't Pass the Trash Bill, and the Freedom to Worship Act. For his many efforts, he was recognized by Texas Values as a ``Faith & Family Champion,'' by Texas CASA with the ``Big Voices for Little Texans'' Award, and by the Texas Conservative Coalition as a ``Courageous Conservative.''

Representative Sanford's deep commitment to his community and constituents is evidenced by his work as a member of the board for Smiles Charity and Collin County Meals on Wheels, as a member of the Rotary Club of McKinney and the McKinney Chamber of Commerce, and as a mentor to students in McKinney Independent School District through the REACH program.

Representative Sanford has truly fostered a tremendous legacy of servant leadership. Now as he prepares to begin a new season of life alongside his wife, Shelly, it is with gratitude that I ask my colleagues in the House of Representatives to join me in recognizing his many contributions throughout his career in public service while wishing him and his family all the best in this next chapter.

Madam Speaker, today, I rise to honor and celebrate the life of Neal J. Katz.

On November 23, 1954, Neal was born to Regina and Louis Katz in New York City. In high school he would earn the name ``Statz'' after managing statistics for Horace Mann's Basketball Team, a lifelong skill to which he was well suited.

Following his graduation from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration, Neal and his wife, Diane, would move to Texas, eventually settling in Plano.

Mr. Katz would become an active fixture in Collin County politics where his roles included serving as an elector as part of the Texas delegation to the Electoral College, on the State Republican Executive Committee, as a delegate to the National Convention, and as an active participant in more than a dozen local organizations. Most recently, he retired as Executive Director of the Collin County Republican Party.

Service above self was an important component of Neal's life, and his passions included keeping his hometown of Plano safe. To that end, he was a graduate of the Plano Citizens Police Academy, a Field Training Officer, and a volunteer in several initiatives including Citizens Assisting Plano Police, the Plano Youth Police Academy, and Summer Safety School.

As a proud father to Janelle and Rachel, Neal proudly served as a Girl Scouts Troop Cookie Dad before being elevated to a University of North Texas sports fan and ISU theatre patron.

While we mourn Neal's loss, we remember his many contributions as a servant leader within our community. With much gratitude for his longtime grassroots efforts, I ask my colleagues in the House of Representatives to join me in celebrating the rich legacy of Neal J. Katz.

Madam Speaker, I rise today to recognize Habitat for Humanity of Collin County as they celebrate 30 years of invaluable housing assistance and commitment to fostering safe and healthy communities in Texas' Third District.

The Collin County affiliate of Habitat for Humanity was incorporated on August 26, 1992, with the goal of providing Collin County families in need with the opportunity to fulfill their dream of homeownership.

Since its inception, Habitat for Humanity of Collin County has worked alongside 228 families to build safe and affordable homes and has successfully completed more than 2,142 repair projects. In addition to the organization's efforts to provide direct housing assistance, Collin County Habitat for Humanity has expanded its services through the opening of two ReStore locations which serve as discount home improvement and donation centers. These ReStores offer reusable and low-cost building materials to the public and use all profits earned to fund the construction of new homes.

The support of the community coupled with the work of countless volunteers is what has enabled Habitat for Humanity of Collin County to successfully provide these vital housing services. Each day, this organization exemplifies what can be achieved when members of a community work together for the common good.

Now as we recognize Habitat for Humanity of Collin County on this milestone occasion, I ask my colleagues in the House of Representatives to join me in honoring their thirty years of dedicated service to Collin County.

Madam Speaker, today, I rise to recognize Frisco Fire Chief Mark Piland on his distinguished thirty-five plus year career in Fire-Rescue upon his well-deserved retirement.

Mark Piland earned a Bachelor of Psychology from Old Dominion University prior to obtaining a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology from Eastern Virginia Medical School. Chief Piland is also a graduate of The National Fire Academy's Executive Fire Officer Program, the Executive Leader Program at the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense and Security, and The Senior Executives in State and Local Government at the Kennedy School at Harvard.

Prior to joining the Frisco Fire Department, Piland served as the Fire Chief for Volusia County Fire Services and as a Shift Commander in Operations for the Virginia Beach Fire Department. For 16 years Piland also served on Virginia Task Force 2, a FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Team as Task Force Leader, East Coast Task Force Leader Representative, and as an Incident Support Team Leader for the Federal Urban Search & Rescue Response System with deployments to the Pentagon during the attacks of 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, and the 2010 earthquake in Haiti.

Since joining the Frisco Fire Department in 2013, Chief Piland has helped to oversee the tremendous growth of the Fire Department in one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation. Under his steadfast leadership, the Department has continued to develop a number of community programs to enhance fire safety education as well as the opening of several new stations and a state-of-the-art Public Safety Training Center.

Chief Mark Piland has made a lasting impact through his many efforts to strengthen fire safety in the City of Frisco. Now upon his retirement, I ask my colleagues in the House of Representatives to join me in thanking Chief Piland for his dedicated career and wish him the best as he prepares to begin a new chapter of his life.

Madam Speaker, today, I rise today to recognize Mr. Harlan Jefferson, the Town Manager for Prosper, Texas, for his over 30 years of dedicated public service to our rapidly growing region.

Mr. Jefferson earned his bachelor of arts in political science and master of administration from the University of North Texas (UNT). For his outstanding efforts, he was recognized as a 2003 Distinguished Alumni for the Department of Public Administration with UNT.

Prior to beginning his career with the Town of Prosper, Harlan was previously employed for 15 years in Flower Mound, serving in the roles of Town Manager, Deputy Town Manager/Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Finance, Mr. Jefferson also previously held the position of Treasurer, Director of Treasury Operations, and Risk Manager for the City of Denton.

Mr. Jefferson has played an integral role in shepherding the Town of Prosper through a period of exponential growth, helping to bring valuable amenities to the area including greater retail, commercial, and healthcare options. Additionally, his initiatives to improve the quality of life for Prosper residents resulted in the addition and expansion of parks and trail systems, a community activity center, and other outdoor recreation options.

In order to meet the needs of this growing community, Mr. Jefferson helped secure needed funds from the Regional Transportation Council to improve and expand roadway and infrastructure. Further, his commitment to public safety has been evident through his guidance in the construction of multiple public safety stations and the creation of Crime Control and Fire Prevention Districts in Prosper.

Harlan's service to the community includes past involvement as the Campaign Chairman of the Denton County United Way, the Texas City Management Association's Board of Directors, Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool Board of Directors, the Prosper Chamber of Commerce, and as President-elect of the Prosper Rotary Club.

Now as he begins a new chapter in his life working alongside his wife, I ask my colleagues in the United States House of Representatives to join me in saluting Mr. Harlan Jefferson for his many efforts to build our region and wish him great success in his future endeavors.

Madam Speaker, today, I rise to recognize the Allen Fairview Chamber of Commerce as they celebrate their 40th Anniversary of excellence, while applauding their mission to advocate, educate and build business relationships that enable our communities and its members to prosper.

Formed in the early 1960s from the roots of the original Downtown Business Association, Don Rodenbaugh served as the organization's first president. The Chamber would not be incorporated until 1982 for the purpose of advancing the general welfare and prosperity of the city of Allen and the Collin County area through economic, civic, commercial, cultural, industrial, and educational interests of the area and its citizens.

In an effort to further their reach and grow new enterprises, in 2010 the Chamber expanded to include businesses in the Town of Fairview, legally becoming the modern-day Allen Fairview Chamber of Commerce.

Today, the Chamber has increased their membership to nearly 600, including a full-time staff of four, a board of directors made up of fifteen individuals from their general membership, and six ex-officio members including the city manager, school superintendent, county commissioner, economic development director, executive director of the small business development center, and their attorney of record.

The membership of the Allen Fairview Chamber of Commerce, under the leadership of longtime Chief Executive Officer, Sharon Mayer, have invested their time and resources to ensure our community truly remains the best place to live, work and raise a family. Through it all, this organization has played a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of our Collin County business community and bolstering the entrepreneurial spirit that served as the backbone of our region.

Now as we recognize the Allen Fairview Chamber of Commerce on this milestone occasion, I ask my colleagues in the House of Representatives to join me in honoring their forty years of exemplary service and wish them great success as they continue their important work.

Madam Speaker, today, I rise to recognize the Plano Arts Coalition as they celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Plano Courtyard Theatre. One of the oldest public buildings in Plano, the Courtyard Theatre serves as a center of cultural enrichment and exemplifies the social heritage of our community.

Located in downtown Plano, the Courtyard Theatre was originally constructed in 1938 as the gymnasium for Plano Independent School District's Cox High School as a Works Progress Administration Project. After years of vacancy, in 1999 the structure was restored and transformed into a state-of the-art performance hall as part of then- Assistant City Manager Frank Turner's vision to revitalize the city's downtown area. During this same period, members of the community expressed a desire for a theatre to hold community and regional events, ultimately contributing to the selection of the multi-functional Cox Gymnasium.

Upon completion, the newly renovated Courtyard Theatre was capable of housing musical performances, theater productions, choirs, dance troupes, and other community events. As a historic and architectural landmark, the Theatre provides its patrons with a unique perspective that lends itself to a more intimate connection with audience members. Community engagement and continued investment from the city resulted in the project's ultimate success and in the City of Plano earning the prestigious ``Downtown Arts Designation'' by the State of Texas Cultural Arts Commission.

As we reflect on the rich history of this treasured institution, I ask my colleagues in the United States House of Representatives to join me in recognizing the Plano Courtyard Theatre and its team on their milestone anniversary and wish them continued success as they continue to ensure the city remains one of the best places to live, work, and raise a family.

Madam Speaker, today I rise to recognize Mr. Bill Jones, the former Executive Director of the Melissa Area Chamber of Commerce. Following a distinguished thirty-eight-year career in public service, a grateful community thanks Mr. Jones for his leadership and dedication.

Prior to role with the Melissa Area Chamber of Commerce, Bill served for an impressive thirty years as President and Executive Director of chambers and economic development organizations in various municipalities including those of Grove, Oklahoma; Branson, Missouri; Dumas, Texas; Rosenberg-Richmond, Texas; and Bonham, Texas. Bill's steadfast leadership generated financial and membership growth in each of these organizations enhancing their effectiveness and ability to serve members of the community.

Mr. Jones would go on to enjoy a brief two-year retirement in Bonham, Texas where he spent his time managing the Fannin County Multi-Purpose Complex, a facility which he was instrumental in developing.

Shortly after moving to Melissa, Texas, on January 6, 2014, Bill would come out of retirement to begin his tenure as the Executive Director of the Melissa Area Chamber of Commerce. Due to his vast knowledge and experience in economic development, he would guide the Chamber during a pivotal time of rapid growth.

Bill Jones is highly esteemed within the community as evidenced by his election as the first President of the Trails of Melissa Homeowners Association, appointment to the Texas Chamber of Commerce and Business Executives, and role as the Community Partner for McKinney Buick GMC.

Now as he enters retirement, I ask my colleagues in the House of Representatives to join me in commending Bill Jones for his many efforts and his dedication to serving the Melissa business community.

Madam Speaker, today, it is my privilege to honor those members of Texas' Third Congressional District's Academy Selection Board whose longtime service to Texas and the U.S. Service Academies is to be commended.

These individuals exemplify the time honored qualities of patriotism, service before self, and bold leadership which in turn have enabled them to assist in seeking out our next generation of servant leaders qualified to lead our nation as military officers in training. Not only have these patriots worn the uniform in defense of America, following their time in service they have chosen to enrich their communities, most notably through their service on this Board. One such patriot is Mr. Robert ``Bob'' Staib.

A 1962 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Robert Staib, earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and was a top student at the Academy. During his time at USAFA, Bob was a commander of one of the 24 cadet squadrons on campus, served on the Honor Committee, and trained on the new supersonic T-38 trainer.

His military career would carry him and his family to multiple domestic and international assignments. Impressively, Staib undertook 329 missions as a fighter pilot in Vietnam, earning him numerous awards for bravery and valor.

Upon his return to civilian life, Bob worked as a sales engineer in the Midwest. Along the way he earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Case Western Reserve prior to relocating to Dallas in 1977 with Mitsubishi Aircraft. Bob held management positions with several companies including Cessna and Raytheon, and later owned a small general management consulting firm. Prior to his retirement, Bob was a Senior Vice President of NetJets.

Following his move to Dallas, Bob found new ways to pour into his community including his work as a founding member of the Prince of Peace Catholic Community in Plano. Following a four and half year academic program, Bob was ordained a Deacon of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Dallas.

Bob and his wife, Marianne, were married for 40 years prior to her return to the Lord. Together they were blessed with three daughters and a son. Today that blessing has expanded to 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

As the longest serving member on the Third District Board, Bob was first appointed by Congressman Jim Collins in 1980. Under Mr. Staib's leadership, the Board developed the same selection process that is in use today and which has attributed to the success of the program. Bob served during the entire 28-year career of Congressman Sam Johnson, prior to assuming his current position on our board. A man of loyalty, principle, and steadfast commitment, Bob Staib has made an indelible mark on this program, the countless students he has worked to nominate, and on those with whom he has served over the years.

Madam Speaker, today, it is my privilege to honor those members of Texas' Third Congressional District's Academy Selection Board whose longtime service to Texas and the U.S. Service Academies is to be commended.

One such patriot is Mr. Darcy Anderson.

A 1978 graduate of the United States Military Academy, Darcy completed five years of active duty service post-graduation in the U.S. Army, working in various capacities with combat units of the U.S. Corps of Engineers.

Anderson began his civilian career in 1983, joining Electronic Data Systems (EDS) where he worked in recruiting management. In 1987, he assumed project management responsibilities for Hillwood Development Company's real estate developments in Dallas, Austin, Atlanta, and Kansas City. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Anderson would serve in several roles at Hillwood including as Senior Vice President for Corporate Affairs and Chief Operating Officer, and as the President of Hillwood Urban where he oversaw the Victory project and the American Airlines Center development. In 2000, he joined Perot Systems Corporation as Chief People Officer and Vice President for Corporate Support and led the company's environmental sustainability programs. Today, he continues his work as the Vice Chairman of Hillwood Management.

Mr. Anderson's extensive leadership includes serving as the Director of the West Point Society of North Texas, as a past Board Member of the West Point Association of Graduates, and as a Civilian Aide of the Secretary of the Army for Texas. Additionally, Darcy is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committees for the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors of the Dallas World Affairs Council, and has served as the Council's past Vice Chairman. Anderson is also on the Board of Directors for the Boy Scouts of America Circle Ten District in Dallas, the Texas Co-Chairman for Spirit of America, a non-profit which raises funds for projects in support of U.S. Special forces deployed globally, and on the Board of ``Project Recover,'' a non-profit that conducts underwater searches for WWII aircraft in the Pacific with the goal of repatriating the remains of missing U.S. airmen.

We are honored to recognize Darcy Anderson for his many efforts as a steadfast member of this Board, a role which he bas held since 1994. Due to his invaluable work, countless young men and women have pursued their dream of attending a service academy and serving our nation, and we thank him for his willingness to shepherd our next generation of military leaders.

Madam Speaker, today, it is my privilege to honor those members of Texas' Third Congressional District's Academy Selection Board whose longtime service to Texas and the U.S. Service Academies is to be commended.

One such patriot is Mr. Michael ``Mike'' Sweeney.

Mike Sweeney is a 1966 graduate of distinction with the United States Naval Academy (USNA). During his time at USNA, he was a member of the undefeated 1964 NCAA Championship Soccer Team and was selected as Commander of the Brigade of Midshipmen during his senior year.

Following graduation, Mike served five years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy including service in the Vietnam War. Upon return to civilian life, he would join Ross Perot's Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as a trainee starting a new career in information technology. EDS would be a great place for Mike to have a career as a Navy graduate--a workplace complete with blue suits, white shirts, and good opportunities.

Sweeney worked at EDS as a systems engineer developing health care systems before moving into management, and progressively increasing in responsibility as he relocated to the company's corporate headquarters. Along the way, he pioneered the concept of remote software engineering centers and was responsible for managing seventy centers in twenty-nine countries. His teams developed new business systems for General Motors, including OnStar. Later, Mike overhauled the company's corporate technical training and worked on corporate strategy.

Notably, during the dot-com era, he served as President of the E- Solutions global delivery organization and was responsible for corporate technology strategy, thought leadership and R&D. Mike retired after 31 years of loyal service at EDS.

In retirement, Mike enjoys bike riding, fly fishing, and riding his Harley with his Naval Academy roommate. He and his wife, Peggy, have made their home in Prosper and are the proud parents to two grown children and four grandchildren.

With gratitude we thank Mike Sweeney for his over 28 years of service on the Third Congressional District's Service Academy Selection Board. While his presence as a valued member of this organization will be deeply missed, we are honored to salute him for his longtime and dedicated efforts in nominating countless young patriots to the Service Academies.

Madam Speaker, today it is my great honor to come before my colleagues to recognize the distinguished young men and women of Texas' Third Congressional District who have accepted an appointment to one of our prestigious United States Service Academies. I congratulate these patriots as they prepare to undertake a mission of service and wish them great success as they meet the challenges set before them.

The United States Service Academies are widely known for seeking out candidates who excel academically, athletically, and civically, while exhibiting outstanding leadership qualities. Only a select few meet the stringent criteria set forth by these renowned institutions, and those students who ultimately receive an appointment benefit from the highest caliber of education and military officer training in the world. Therefore, I am confident these young leaders will represent Texas' Third Congressional District with honor as they are refined by the fire and pushed to the limits while they train to lead our Nation.

The years will come with challenges as they are equipped with the necessary tools to defend our democracy. But in the end, these young men and women will carry forth the same torch as countless generations before them have done--embodying the qualities of service before self, sacrifice, purpose and a life lived on mission.

It is with gratitude and hope that I thank these young men and women for their courage, conviction, and commitment to America. Now, as they embark on a new mission of service, I ask my colleagues to join me in honoring them for their commitment to excellence and their defense of liberty.

Madam Speaker, today I rise to recognize Ms. Sara Bonser, the much admired Superintendent of Plano Independent School District (Plano ISD) in Texas' Third Congressional District.

A lifelong lover of education, Ms. Bonser earned an undergraduate degree in Business Education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, a Master's degree in Education Administration from the University of North Texas, and a superintendent's certification from Texas A&M Commerce.

Ms. Bonser began her thirty-three years of service in public education with Plano ISD, where she served in a multitude of roles including as a teacher, assistant principal, and as a principal at Williams High School. Her ability to understand and appreciate how various roles within a school system work in tandem earned her the respect of those around her including her colleagues, parents, and students. She would later assume the position of Chief Academic Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Assistant Superintendent for Student and Family Services, and was the first Director of Student and Family Services with Rockwall Independent School District prior to her homecoming with Plano ISD.

Sara Bonser was first appointed to serve as the District Superintendent of Plano ISD in March 2018 following her impressive service as interim Deputy Superintendent.

Ms. Bonser is highly esteemed within the community as evidenced by her involvement in various professional and civic organizations including the Academy for Transformational Leadership, Raise Your Hand Texas Principal Leadership Development Program at Harvard University, the Executive Board of the Texas School Coalition, Vice Chair of the Region 10 Education Service Center's Regional Advisory Committee, the Texas Association of School Administrators Advocacy Committee, the Coalition for Behavioral Healthcare in Collin County, and the Medical City Plano Community Advisory Council to name just a few.

Additionally, Sara was recognized for her steadfast efforts as a recipient of the Principal of the Year Award from the College Board Southwest Region for Excellence in the Advanced Placement (AP) Program, and as a Semifinalist for the HEB Excellence in Education Award Secondary Principal of the Year. As a further testament to her respect in the

community, Bonser was named one of Plano Magazine's 2018 Girl Bosses and the 2020 Business Executive of the Year by the Plano Chamber of Commerce.

Perhaps Ms. Bonser's most lasting legacy of leadership lies in her passion for student success and the countless lives she has influenced during her many years in education.

Now as Sara begins a new season of life, enjoying time with her family including her husband of 29 years, I ask my colleagues in the United States House of Representatives to join me in recognizing her for dedicated efforts and to wish her blessings in her future endeavors.

Madam Speaker, today I rise today to recognize Mr. George Purefoy, the longtime City Manager for the City of Frisco, for his thirty-four years of dedicated public service in cultivating one of the fastest growing cities in our nation.

Mr. Purefoy earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Arlington and his Masters Degree in Public Administration from East Texas State University. Prior to beginning his storied career with the City of Frisco, he would work as a city police officer and serve in various municipalities including those of Boerne, Taylor Lake Village and Columbus.

Mr. Purefoy began his tenure as the first and only City Manager of Frisco on November 1, 1987. At that time, Frisco was a town of only 5,000 residents, but Purefoy maintained a unique vision of what the City could grow into with the right leadership. Upon his arrival he went to work behind the scenes on remedying a multitude of municipal issues that had limited the City's ability to thrive while striving to create the foundation for its modem day successes. Due to his ability to serve as a conduit between multiple levels of government, educational, and private entities, the City has been credited with a variety of successful collaborative efforts leading to the development of multiple corporate, sports and civic attractions.

It is indisputable that Mr. Purefoy has served as a cornerstone in establishing Frisco as one of the most sought after cities in which to live, work, and raise a child. His proudest professional achievements include helping Frisco become a member city in the North Texas Municipal Water District and serving as a lead architect in a multitude of public-private partnerships, including Toyota Stadium, Comerica Center, The STAR, and PGA Frisco to name a few. Widely admired as a gentle-spoken man of faith and a humble servant leader, over the past several decades he has shepherded Frisco with steadfast commitment and intentionality to sustainable growth.

Now as George begins an exciting new chapter in his life filled with plans for travel with his wife, Debra, I ask my colleagues in the United States House of Representatives to join me in saluting him for his many efforts to build what is arguably one of the best cities in America and wish him well as he undertakes a richly deserved retirement.

Madam Speaker, today, I ask my colleagues to join me in congratulating the members of the 2021-2022 Congressional Youth Advisory Council (CYAC) as the sixteenth year of the program draws to a close.

Over the past year, students in grades 9th through 12th from public, private, and home schools across Texas' Third Congressional District participated in my youth program as they learned firsthand about our representative democracy. From student governments, athletics, fine arts, honor societies, and a multitude of community and civic organizations, these servant leaders proved to be engaged members of our community both inside and outside of the program.

Over the course of the school year, students assembled on multiple occasions and had the unique opportunity to explore the roles of community leaders, engage in policy discussions, and offer innovative solutions to issues of the day. In addition to attending interactive information sessions, these young leaders capitalized on their experience by completing various assignments and offering feedback on current events which corresponded with our meetings.

These students consistently impressed me with their knowledge and willingness to engage in thoughtful and constructive dialogue,

even when their opinions differed from one another. It is a reminder that when we come to the table with a desire to improve and a willingness to listen, there is nothing our nation can't achieve.

Now, as we conclude the Congressional Youth Advisory Council, I am filled with unwavering confidence that this next generation of solutions-minded leaders will work towards ushering our country to greatness.

I thank every member of the Congressional Youth Advisory Council for their steadfast commitment to this program and for their efforts to make our community stronger. It has been an honor to know them and serve them in Congress, and I look forward to seeing what each of them accomplish as they go forward.
